Pictures 7,8 are MRI pictures of the bones of the head of a baby, and the baby's brain (colored purple) in the womb before delivery. The shape of the head and the brain are round and nice .

While delivering the baby the head of the baby passes through the narrow birth canal. However, as you can see, the bones of the head of the baby and the baby's brain are in a position too big for the narrow birth canal (Pictures 9,10).
